Last updated: July 10, 2026
1. Who we are and what this is
Minsenzia Planner (the "Service") is an application operated by MINSENZIA LIMITED, an Irish private company limited by shares (CRO no. 800232), registered at 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 XE80, Ireland. Contact: hi@minsenzia.com.
These Terms govern your use of the Service. By creating an account or using Minsenzia, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
Minsenzia Planner is a tool to define your purpose (your North Star), your goals, your habits and your daily intentions, and to reflect on your day. We may improve, change or retire features over time.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. Tell us if you notice unauthorised use of your account.
- An account is for a single person; do not share it.
4. Your content is yours
Everything you write in Minsenzia (your North Star, goals, habits, intentions, closes and journal) is yours. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the technical permission strictly necessary to host and display it in order to provide the Service. You can download or delete your content at any time from Settings.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harm others;
- attempt to access other people's data, break security, or overload or disrupt the Service;
- copy, resell, reverse-engineer or exploit the Service or its code without permission.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, its design, the "Minsenzia" brand and its contents (other than your personal content) are owned by MINSENZIA LIMITED and protected by law. We grant you no rights beyond using the Service under these Terms.
7. Paid plans (when they exist)
The Service may currently be offered free of charge. If we add paid plans in the future, we will disclose prices and conditions before charging, payment will be processed through a third-party provider (Stripe), and we will respect the rights the law grants EU consumers, including the 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.
8. The Service is provided "as is"
We work hard to keep the Service running well and continuously, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Keep copies of anything important to you (you can export your data at any time).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MINSENZIA LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the rights the law grants to consumers.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings; this removes your content in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or if we stop providing the Service (in which case we will give you reasonable notice to export your data).
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. If the change is significant, we will let you know. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Ireland, without prejudice to any rights that, as a consumer, the law grants you in your country of residence.
